Who We Are

We design and implement impactful learning experiences by organizing workshops, interactive activities, and cultural exchange programmes. During our hosting activities, participants engage in meaningful learning processes, develop key competences, and act as cultural ambassadors, promoting intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding. Committed to innovation, inclusion, and quality education, ideaX NGO aims to create sustainable impact through collaboration, creativity, and lifelong learning opportunities.

The ideaX NGO team is composed of dedicated and highly experienced professionals from diverse educational and interdisciplinary backgrounds. Our members include English language teachers, IT and coding instructors, art and music educators, as well as physical education and philosophy teachers. Each team member brings valuable expertise from their respective institutions and has been actively involved in national and international projects, particularly within the Erasmus+ framework.

ideaX NGO is a dynamic organization established in 2025, bringing together a highly experienced team with a strong background in education, youth work at local and international cooperation. Despite being newly founded, our members have actively participated in numerous national and international projects, particularly within the Erasmus+ programme. Our main areas of expertise include KA210 small-scale partnerships, KA220 large-scale partnerships, KA122 mobility projects, hosting and accreditation activities, as well as training programmes for students and teachers.

In addition to our international work, we actively implement local projects involving diverse target groups, including children, primary and secondary school students, high school learners, young people, and adults. Through these initiatives, we engage participants in topics such as technology, coding, sustainable energy, environmental challenges, and cultural interaction, fostering both personal and professional development.

Beyond their subject specializations, our team members are skilled in project design, implementation, and coordination. They have extensive experience in organizing trainings, workshops, and mobility activities, and in working with multicultural groups. Their strong communication skills and collaborative mindset enable them to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.

In addition, ideaX NGO has strong connections and actively collaborates with universities, schools, governmental institutions, and non-governmental organizations within our city. These local partnerships enhance our capacity to develop impactful projects, foster innovation, and ensure sustainable outcomes at both local and international levels.

United by a shared vision of quality education, innovation, and cultural exchange, the ideaX team works passionately to empower individuals, promote lifelong learning, and contribute to meaningful international cooperation.
