Who We Are

Building on this strong local experience, ideaX NGO extends its impact to the international level through active participation in Erasmus+ programmes. Our team has been involved in numerous national and international projects, particularly KA210 small-scale partnerships, KA220 large-scale partnerships, and KA122 mobility projects. We also organise hosting and accreditation activities, as well as training programmes for students and teachers, creating spaces for intercultural learning and collaboration.

During our international activities, participants engage in meaningful learning processes, develop key competences, and act as cultural ambassadors, promoting intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding. These experiences are directly enriched by our local work, ensuring relevance, quality, and sustainability.

ideaX NGO is a dynamic organisation established in 2025, built on a strong foundation of local engagement and community-based impact. We actively design and implement projects for diverse target groups, including children, primary and secondary school pupils, high school students, young people, and adults. Through these local initiatives, we address key topics such as technology, coding, sustainable energy, environmental challenges, and cultural interaction, fostering both personal and professional development.

Our work focuses on creating meaningful learning experiences through workshops, interactive activities, and community-based programmes. We are especially committed to inclusion, actively supporting disadvantaged groups and individuals with disabilities, ensuring equal access to opportunities and participation. By empowering participants to develop skills, confidence, and awareness, we help them broaden their horizons and prepare for future education and career pathways.

The ideaX NGO team is composed of dedicated and highly experienced professionals from diverse educational and interdisciplinary backgrounds, including English language teachers, IT and coding instructors, art and music educators, as well as physical education and philosophy teachers. Beyond their subject expertise, our team members are skilled in project design, implementation, and coordination, with extensive experience of working with multicultural groups.

In addition, ideaX NGO has strong connections and actively collaborates with universities, schools, governmental institutions, and non-governmental organisations within our city. These partnerships strengthen our local impact while supporting the development of high-quality international cooperation.
